    OK, episode 1 fine, just dealt with the mechanics of taste, food transit and digestion. I looked away for the unnecessary visuals. #RIXmasLectures

    Catching up on the #RIXmasLectures and my heart sank when I saw it was Chris Van Tulleken. I had to unfollow him because he got so rabid about 'ultra processed foods' (which have no agreed upon scientific definition). I shall be paying close attention to how many times 'inflammation' is mentioned. What could possibly go wrong with scaring kids about food? Let's hope he sticks to general food/digestion/nutrition stuff. Eating dinner at the same time may have been an error.
