This week's #TuneTuesday theme is #FirstComeFirstPlayed. This is the first song that came into my mind:
Rita & the Tiaras: Gone With the Wind Is My Love (1967)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qEI72g-cgjAI watched Elaine Constantine's 2014 movie "Northern Soul" a couple of days ago, and this record was played over the end titles.
It sounded familiar, and I soon figured out that I actually had it on a CD ("L.A. Soul Sides", a 2014 Kent collection of 1960s recordings released on the Dore label), which I had been playing quite a lot a few years ago.
The original 45 (which has a shorter version of the song) is highly collectable and way beyond my budget.
