Here's a quick comparison of #Transformers #RiseOfTheBeasts Studio Series Nightbird to her final depiction in the movie.
If they had somehow turned her car doors into backpack wings instead of those enormous hip skirts, I think she'd be perfect.

She has a few flaws forced by her transformation, the shrunken wings being the most obvious. A smaller complaint is the backpack doesn't tabbed into place very well.
Her large hip skirts and backpack are car kibble, but the rest of her robot mode is impressively accurate to the movie. Her weapons are sadly limited to a single sword, so I look forward to a comprehensive upgrade kit. Sword can store on her hip or in her backpack.

#Transformers #RiseOfTheBeasts Optimus Primal is loaded up with goodies to justify his Leader Class price point. No gaps to fill, and lots of articulation, including opening hands in both modes and a butterfly hinge in beast mode so his arms fold closer to his chest. Swords store on his back in both modes, too.
Gorilla can stand on two legs or crouch on all fours, which I prefer because of how the back legs are segmented. The head tilts all the way up or down so he’s always facing forward.

Yes, everyone is entitled to their own opinions, but Peter Cullen was absolutely stellar in #RiseOfTheBeasts so I really don't know what this guy is on about. Honestly, the only weakness in the story was a bit of cast overcrowding. But that was it.

Molte scazzottate tra ragazzoni meccanici dove finalmente si vedono in live action anche i mitici "Rombi di tuono e cieli di fuoco per i Biocombat", la versione bestiale dei #Transfomers. Divertimento senza pretese con una sorpresina finale.
Il mio preferito è Stratosphere, un baffuto pilota vecchio stampo con occhialoni che si trasforma in un C-119 della 46esima aerobrigata italiana. La mia missione sarà trovare il giocattolo del personaggio.

The more I think about the #RiseOfTheBeasts trailer, the angrier I get.
There's no substance to it whatsoever. It's bland, flavourless, 15-year old popcorn.
We've just been gifted the most amazingly rich first season of a #Transformers cartoon show ever, #Earthspark, that does clever storytelling, brilliant writing and characterisation, jaw-dropping action sequences, humour...so the comparison to the movie's grey gruel paste is even more stark.
Transformers deserves better than this shit. 😡
