Steve Allbini war eine der ambivalentesten Figuren der amerikanischen Punk- und Harcdore-Szene. Aber vermutlich hat mich keine Person aus dieser Szene mehr beeindruckt.

Steve Albini had a huge influence on me in my teens. Not just the records he produced, but also his strong opinions on art, DIY ethos, and fighting corporate culture.

Luckily, I didn't see the edgelord shit he was writing back in the 90s, because that probably would have influenced me too.
