  10. A response to the article "Driving the ASN Truck Without a Licence" which (somewhat) condemned the growth of personal ASNs on the #Internet. The responding blog post looks at the different arguments one by one.

    Personally, I am not siding one one or the other position. I know (few) people with personal ASNs, and I would like to have one myself some day. But as both articles agree upon, one should start off with "playgrounds" such as #DN42.

BEREC have released a draft report on the IP interconnection ecosystem contributing to the ongoing debate on IP interconnection (IP-IC), building on BEREC's previous reports on IP-IC within the context of Net Neutrality (from 2012 and 2017) to assess the current status of IP-IC in Europe.
