Sorry, not impressed by the Hipster Pilsner at #DENOG16 in Berlin after having the real deal at #RIPE89 in Prague.

Last week at #RIPE89 I presented about what's happening in Italy regarding censorship (https://ripe89.ripe.net/archives/video/1496), and today I discovered there's a detailed article picking up more about it (https://torrentfreak.com/piracy-shield-crisis-agcom-board-member-slams-huge-toll-on-resources-241103/). An interesting read and a sad situation...

Studenten Net @utwente celebrates 30 years! It brought 10Mbps Internet to each room on campus in 1994, 100Mbps in 1998. Here I learned Internet policy as vice-chair. This weekend they host an IPv6 ping event with 40Gbps! https://pings.utwente.io #RIPE89 #NLNOG #Nanog
