Why yes, I did start tearing up reading the most recent chapter of Dragon Ball Super.
It just...was a fitting chapter. It had Saiyan's sparring. That was almost the entire chapter.
High energy, high flying Saiyans all sparring.
It ended with Pan being picked up from school by Gohan, Goku, and Piccolo.
Just...good bye, Toriyama.

In honor of the late Akira Toriyama, creator of the Dragon Ball franchise, Adult Swim's Toonami block will be hosting a marathon of the first 8 episodes of Dragon Ball Z Kai from 2am to 6am ET/PT this Saturday night (technically Sunday morning).

Possibly my biggest art influence, knowing of his passing was like getting hit by a freight train. Farewell Toriyama, you won't be forgotten.
