  4. @davehigginsnaples Here is a zoom-in of a picture I took containing M57 (Ring Nebula) with my telescope. Tracking was off a little as you can see, but there is a central star visible inside the ring -- I convinced myself from looking at other pictures from larger telescopes that this was the stellar remnant. Picture taken on 10 September 2014, and has been brightness and contrast enhanced to bring out the detail.
