Interesting recent #RightOfPublicity decision in the S.D.N.Y. Plaintiffs tried to paint Hearst Corporation's sale of subscriber information to advertisers with a right of publicity brush. Judge Abrams wasn't buying it: "At bottom, Plaintiffs cannot identify any case, in any jurisdiction, that supports their interpretation of the right of publicity
