    The German Science and Humanities Council (Wissenschaftsrat) supports the implementation of RIDLOP, the Research Infrastructure for Data from Large Online Platforms, in its statement published today.

    RIDLOP is set to become a research infrastructure to archive data from large online platforms and make them accessible to researchers under secure conditions.

    📢 Gute Nachrichten für die Forschungsinfrastruktur in Deutschland:
    GESIS ist mit dem Projekt RIDLOP auf der Shortlist des BMFTR für das nationale Priorisierungsverfahren.

    Ziel: Zugang zu qualitätsgesicherten Daten großer Online-Plattformen für Forschung schaffen – etwa durch sichere Analyseumgebungen und Datenspenden.
