Headed out to the suburbs tonight to see my mom and some in laws, taking the same metro to bus commute I took home back in high school (always a bit surreal).

The waiting area is just as cold, dirty, noisy, and smelly as it always was, but now there’s a countdown clock! Real-time data wasn’t a thing when I was in high school, and it makes such a big difference knowing the bus is actually coming soon
