Had a #rics level 2 survey done on a house we’re probably going to buy. In a nutshell, this £500 67 page report says ‘There could be a lot of problems with this property. We are not qualified and/or didn’t have the time to be sure so we suggest you employ an army of property maintenance people to confirm the true extent of any issues that may or may not in fact exist’.

Els de dretes no ho veuen bé, que siguem tots iguals, i ho motiven en que si tots som rics ningú farà feines de #rics (crear riquesa, en diuen).
Jo em penso que és al revés, tenen por que si tots som rics ningú vulgui fer feines de pobre. Per això necessiten que hi siguem, els #pobres.

The #UK #RICS #HousePrice Balance for April shows an actual figure of -5%, which is below the consensus expectation of -2% and matches the previous month’s figure of -5%.

The day included some very interesting insights from #IfATE about the strength of #Construction and #Surveying apprenticeships.

If only you could work your magic on English estate agents & surveyors who still use square feet, even though their 'profession' the #RICS forbids those 'Imperial' units in university courses which train them.
