I look at it bit by bit, because I have no time frame for 2:12h at once.
But now I HAVE to write something about it:

Say what you want about Rick Rubin, but seeing him there, not posing as a guru but simply being the guru he really is from his most inner core, and reflecting about music, so deeply, so full of passion, this is something. Really.

Also its extremely rare to have such a super influential figure interviewed by someone soooo much prepared. It's amazing but it seems, this is an interview only someone as Rick Beato could pull of – still I am surprised HOW deep he goes, how sensitive he is playing the ball. Super well done.

Right now I am at the passage where both listen to Under the Bridge by the Red Hot Chili Peppers. I am not much a fan of the Peppers but THIS song stands out for me for many reasons, main reason is that this is soo good as a song in itself. This is a piece of music that stands out for a whole century – in my irrelevant opinion.
The fact that Rick Beato chooses exactly this song for starting a certain chapter within the interview alone is so cool.
But seeing Rick Rubin, who has a certain responsibility for the way we all KNOW this song – responsible so we know that this song has to sound exactly like this and not anything else... seeing Rick Rubin listening to it... IT GIVES ME THE SHIVERS!
