En su publicación la DGT nos ilustra con el vídeo de un paso de peatones ilegalmente instalado. A continuación os digo por qué.
El artículo 55 de la #LSV dice muy clarito que sólo se pueden instalar las señales del catálogo.
El catálogo recoge que no se pueden intercalar otros colores entre las marcas blancas del paso de peatones (anexo I del #RGC).

Donde están los agentes de autoridad responsables de la ordenación y vigilancia del tráfico cuando son necesarios?

Tampouco é que na autoescola te ensine nada aparte do que o RGC dicta de ceder o paso aos que se aproximan pola dereita.
Pero resulta que o #RGC, a máis de impoñer que a sinalización hai que cumplila, tamén di que esta ten que ter materiais refrectantes, ou que o titular da vía ten a responsabilidade de instalala e mantela.
Isto daría para un fío.
