Today, I received my #RGBtoHDMI for my #Amiga500 and the first thing I did after initial test was installing the audio board.
I had two options, #soldering it to the RGBtoHDMI, floating in the air, or at the back of the #RaspberryPiZero. I decided to try the first. Luckily there was enough clearance underneath to not touch any components. I did bend the legs of the capacitors a bit first.
The image is a lot clearer now, I'm satisfied.

Wanted to build a #RGBtoHDMI (https://github.com/hoglet67/RGBtoHDMI) for my #C128 (80 col mode). But there is a confusing number of different boards: 12 bit, 12bit extender, TTL buffer, ... Which ones do I need?

Robert Smith had recently bought an Amiga 600 and wanted to add RGB2HDMI support to it. Whilst looking for software updates, he came across the beta version of RGBtoHDMI, which allows audio to be added directly via the Pi. In his latest video, he shows whether it works.

After properly reseating it into the socket (quite some force needed, used a breadboard as support), it now sits very tight. I love the clear image.
After measuring some temperatures, I added some heat sinks to the ROMs and the full bridge rectifier.
The VIC-II gets very warm (about 60°C).

I got my VIC-II-dizer and #RGBtoHDMI for my #C64. It works nicely and produces a very clean #HDMI image. But since I have the C64 with the trim pot next to the VIC-II, it doesn't quite fit without additional chip socket in between. It pops out easily, so I'll have to get some precision socket and try with that.
