The causality in this one was confusing. They kept going back and forth between the effects on memory, and the effects on time. Even once it was revealed to be changing history, they still mostly kept talking about the memory effects, even though the changes to history would surely have a much bigger impact.

Oh, and fooling the retina scan with a photo? Way too easy! I assume if it were that easy, it would never be used as a top security measure in the first place!

Though there was still plenty of monologing. Vik told the bad guy how he was resisting the memory effects, so the Dr promptly used that knowledge to trick him. Then the Dr told Vik his own protection was the pendant. Who shortly grabbed it! Lol 🙄
