The Revolting Cocks have a song on "Beers, Steers & Queers" (1990) called "Get Down", where the chorus is "We just want you to get down." It clocks in at 13:41, which feels kinda short unless you're both eager. I guess you just gotta lock into the groove and see where it takes you.

For me this is the long version of Get Down by Revolting Cocks. The tempo and repetitive noise once we're into the long instrumental section has always been something I can just tune out the outside world to. Ideal for exercising.
