  17. On the breakfast roll still, this time all from the garden except for the dob of butter it was cooked in. Snow peas and broccolini for dipping in the egg yolk, cherry tomatoes, greens a mixture of Galilee spinach - my favourite variety this time of year because it copes fine if we get early spring scorcher days - parsley, and spring onion greens with flower heads (one of those really delicious things only gardeners get to experience).
