Okay, so... I've discovered that the method I used to get Owncast servers to play on Jellyfin is... perhaps obsolete.
If you set up a M3U server with this URL, you get all the Owncast servers that are currently live:
https://directory.owncast.online/api/iptv
I found the information above at this URL:
https://owncast.online/docs/watching-on-tvs/
You can also get an EPG for the The Indie Beat TV by using the URL in the quoted message below.

Okay, so....
I got a couple of Owncast servers (RetroStrange and The Indie Beat TV) to work with Jellyfin.
However,
1. It is not user-friendly. It requires creating and editing a m3u8 file for each Owncast station.
2. There's no programming information.
I don't know who is responsible for each of the item above. Is it Owncast itself not behaving? Is it a setting on the Owncast servers that needs to be turned on? Etc...

RetroStrange TV is showing a movie called First Spaceship on Venus.
It was going to be shortly followed by Second Spaceship on Venus, then Third, then Fourth, and so on.
Eventually, it was followed by 1,303,953rd Spaceship on Venus. However, by that time the ship was crewed by a bunch of hyperintelligent platypi and part of the Platypus Empire.

PSA: kids, don't do like I just did, and forget to pause RetroStrange TV before starting The Indie Beat Television.
I did just this, and I was confused for a while. I had started The Indie Beat Television while RetroStrange was playing something so faint that no sound was coming out the speaker. Therefore, at first, everything was fine...
But RetroStrange switched to showing something with more oomph to it. At the same time a song was playing on TIBT. That's a song I heard before, but now there was mumbling all over it. I was "Wait a second. I never heard this mumbling before." I thought I was going nuts, until I realized I did not turn off RetroStrange.

My advice: don't do this.

I'm watching a program about hot rods on Retro Strange TV, and they've just said my go-to safeword "carburetor".

Exactly. There's no chance of an errant carburetor being around these days. (Except in circumstances that I deem extremely rare.)
Carburetors are devices responsible for mixing air and fuel for an internal combustion engine.
They've been replaced by fuel injectors in modern cars.

Radio2 - A 24/7 stream of public domain music from the 1920s and 1930s.
