Doing some research on old games consoles, and I noticed that on Wikipedia, the Neo Geo AES home console is listed as being released on 26th April 1990 in Japan, but the list of games for the AES only lists the earliest releases as 1st July 1991. Which is the supposed release date of the AES in America.
Looking at individual arcade games from 1990, their AES released also say 1991 worldwide.
Did the AES actually exist in Japan in 1990?
