Older consoles just where built differently. Booted up my 3ds again (after well over a year of laying around): still full battery charge.
My switch after like 5 minutes of being "off": deep-discharged and wont even show me any sign of life until I charge it for hours.

Avant les box propriétaires et bridées, il y avait le Sematrans LSI 4811 de chez TRT. Une machine conçue pour durer des décennies sans surchauffer, avec des vrais boutons physiques pour tester les boucles locales (TLI). Un hommage à l'ingénierie rouennaise qui a habillé ce fleuron d'un orange si éclatant qu'on se demande si le successeur de France Télécom n'a pas basé toute son identité visuelle sur un stock de peinture restant de 1985. 📦🛠️
