  1. CW: Fr pol, continuing of the movement, repression, death

3 days after Macron signed the retirement pensions into the law, the protests and police violence are still going on by different ways all over the country. The night riots are slowing down but the new trend is now to harass the government and the president wherever they go.

While Macron was visiting a factory in #Muttersholtz, #Alsace, it's electricity was cut by workers. Protesters have been waiting for him since 4 hours, making noise all along. 2 got arrested.

Meanwhile, the parents of the young Enzo, 17, who's missing since the last night protest 3 days ago, are waiting for the cops to let them identify the body of a boy who drowned in the river of #Strasbourg after running away from the police...

  2. CW: Fr pol, pensions S23E13

Yesterday's episode of the french pensions law was it's partial approval by the constitutional court and it's immediate ratification by Macron "to move on asap". Now we're discovering that among the details that the judges rejected was... the priviledge for cops ! Oopsies, they might not appreciate.

It could be dangerous because having cops in the opposition mean more fashes armed willing to organize to take profit of the mess to push for a far right coup... i don't believe it will happen tho.
What's sure is that those details rejected fragilize even more Macron because they all were some compromise with the moderate opposition. They'll probably be really pissed off by Macron's disregarding contempt.

Now the situation is: people now that demos are only useful to express an anger but know that they're almost useless, an increasignly proportion angry enough to withhold or step up to more radical actions. And there are more and more happenning: state's and companies headquarter's attacked or invaded, blockades, night riots... The motives are also getting more global as it's been shifting from the pensions only to the whole Macron's regime.

On monday evening, Macron will talk to the TV to tell his "moving on" bullshit. I'm pretty sure we're numerous to feel the need to shut his fucking mouth up. President not listening to the people: people not listening to the president.

    >Index senior, avantages pour les policiers… ces « cavaliers sociaux » retoqués par le Conseil constitutionnel

    >Dans sa décision qui valide l’essentiel de la réforme des retraites, le Conseil constitutionnel a tout de même censuré certains « cavaliers sociaux », c’est-à-dire des mesures qui n’avaient pas assez d’impact financier sur les comptes de la Sécurité Sociale.

  3. CW: Fr pol, joyful (or not) unprecedented things

As Macron refuses to step back on his law, we're seeing more and more new things happening in the protests in #France

The last few demos in #Strasbourg, the unions order service stood with the black bloc and yesterday, the unions demo cheered the #blackBlock several times (while it previously used to happen, more often in #Paris or #Lyon, that they'd kick them out) twitter.com/Gui_SMD/status/164

The joint forces are directly threatening major companies by invading their offices, restaurants. I don't understand why they don't loot or rampage them tho. Like they're not really our ennemies? twitter.com/benecologie/status

On a more negative and now usual aspects, cops feel totally free to use illegal methods (taking pictures and videos with their phones, including with IDs when they can, shooting teargas grenades horizontally, not wearing any distinctive sign when dressed in civilian) and are now starting to get some protesters at their's in the early morning...

Also it's necessary to remind that the movement is in majority ignoring national racist issues including about the pensions themselves. Undocumented people's, informal workers' rights are forgotten most of the time. The 64 vs 60 yo dismisses those and the international solidarity claims are not consensual...
