And another one, though that doesn't need in-person: what's the least amount of effort to have a long-term-stable #homeassistant with #matter over #thread? I suspect a zbt-2 with the home assistant green? Are the 4GB of RAM enough? Or a #raspberrypi ? Or a N100?

Are people from #newpipe and/or #tubular going to attend? I'll be pretty busy, but I would love to do a half hour UI/UX feedback session.
I did one spontaneously last FOSDEM but lost the contact data, and the number of improvements in this regard is sadly zero. That's on me, and I should have retained the contact data

Es gab hier mal eine Auflistung von #Müllermilch- Produkten, die nicht direkt unter seinem Namen laufen. Hat die noch jemand und kann sie noch einmal hier tooten? Vielen Dank, auch für #RT, #Retoots. Seit einigen Wochen gehören auch alle "Ja!"- Milch Produkte dazu, leider kann man dem kaum noch entrinnen.

Kann man #retoots irgendwie deduplizieren?
Also ich hab hier regelmässig in meiner Timeline Leute, die z.B. 5-10 retoots anderer Leute nen Tag später nochmal retooten. Gerne auch mal nen weiteren Tag später noch jemand.
Meist sind das natürlich so emotionale Aufreger-Themen - genau der Grund, warum ich die anderen Platformen meide...

Please think about: the #Fediversum is a gigantic #Network from privat accounts. #Mastodon is one #instance of them. There are not algorithems to spreed your #toots, only #RT/ #Retoots gives them spreeding around the world. So please, spreed what you like, to give the network power ;)

I have another view as I believe that "quote-toots" will evolve into something like a pair of magic high-top sneakers dispensed to every user: Anyone can botch a toot, and anyone can leap over him or her to score a couple of points—or a couple thousand #likes and #retoots...
But I think aiming at likes and retoots is not what #Mastodon is all about?

At this point I've got some explaining to do about resharing non-English posts from Mastodon because I know my Contacts on Friendica are going to see them and Friendica doesn't have the Translate button that Mastodon does. And some of those good folk came to the Fediverse from Google Plus, on which was this phenomenon called Chinese Occupy.
When you see that I've reshared what looks like what's written in Chinese, it's because via the Translate button I've discovered that a post reflects what was, in GPlus, a rebel post and I'm boosting it. It's a worthwhile post for similarly-minded Chinese to read. -
