I’ve been studying how to make myself more attractive to the AI application screeners that many companies with open remote positions use.
To become a candidate that more closely aligns with the double-secret unspecified specific needs of the role, this is what I found out.
It turns out the letter S has an average frequency of 6.3% in the English language.
By keeping the frequency between 6.18% and 6.42% in your cover letter and resume, it will make no difference whatsoever.
It’s a total crap shoot.
