Even the smallest of critters can be dangerous in this state. So, I suggest a long rest. It'll restore their health and hit dice, ensuring they're ready for whatever the road throws at them next. Recorded #cardio activity of 1 hour 19 mins for my #bike ride to a far away bike shop. That hour included time stopping to #RestAndRecover about 30-ish meters from the driveway of my destination, and stopping again to #RestAndRecover at the driveway. 🥵🌡️
Yeah, that bad. Felt like collapsing. I was fine til I got there. 🤷♀️
It also included a few minutes at the shop talking to the guys. Forgot to turn off Strava.
