Dis mastodon, j’utilise #resilio sync depuis un bail mais ils m’ennuient avec leur licence dans la version 3 et je cherche une alternative open source.
Qu’est ce que vous conseillez pour de la synchro P2P entre appareils (pc, android, serveur) ?
Il me semble que #syncthing a droppé Android.
Et Nextcloud est trop lourd pour mon petit serveur.

@leitmedium Ich habe schon vor langer Zeit (nahezu) komplett auf #Resilio umgestellt und synce über eigene Rechner auf eine NAS. Ich hatte das Lehrgeld bezahlt, als Amazon vor Jahren mir einmal den Cloud Dienst gekündigt hatte. Es liegt zwar überall noch Kleinkram aber nichts, was schmerzen würde, wenn der Dienst morgen weg ist.

All PRO Features of Sync now free for all users. Using this myself since years and could not be more happy with the flawless and fast synchronisation over all devices I do use .. Windows, Android, Linux and NAS systems as well. #sync #resilio #share #files #filesharing

I know the feeling. It took a while to get my family to on board to some of my services.... but they eventually came around. Apple locking the wife's pictures behind pay wall did the trick. It wasn't too much of a stretch from there to #immich, #resilio sync, #nextcloud etc.

I host these and a few more services.

With the recent Evernote panic, people mention #Resilio sync as a viable peer-to-peer sync solution. This goes back to when Dropbox became "evil" AFAIK.

Genuine queson:

Is BitTorrent Sync/Resilio a better option to synchronize documents without a cloud middleman than e.g. Syncthing? How?

Any known problems with #Resilio #Sync (formerly #BitTorrentSync) in a small group?

Any better recommendations?
