Dis mastodon, j’utilise #resilio sync depuis un bail mais ils m’ennuient avec leur licence dans la version 3 et je cherche une alternative open source.
Qu’est ce que vous conseillez pour de la synchro P2P entre appareils (pc, android, serveur) ?
Il me semble que #syncthing a droppé Android.
Et Nextcloud est trop lourd pour mon petit serveur.

Ich hatte das Lehrgeld bezahlt, als Amazon vor Jahren mir einmal den Cloud Dienst gekündigt hatte. Es liegt zwar überall noch Kleinkram aber nichts, was schmerzen würde, wenn der Dienst morgen weg ist.

I know the feeling. It took a while to get my family to on board to some of my services.... but they eventually came around. Apple locking the wife's pictures behind pay wall did the trick. It wasn't too much of a stretch from there to #immich, #resilio sync, #nextcloud etc.

I host these and a few more services.

Musiksammlung ist wieder komplett, den Ordner in #resilio habe ich gelöscht und neu erstellt, jetzt verhält es sich auch wieder brav.

Ergebnis: #duplicati hatte gar kein Problem, hatte einwandfrei gesichert und auch wiederhergestellt. Als Wiederherstellungsziel einen Ordner anzugeben, der mit #resilio gesynct wird, und bei dem resilio der Meinung war dass der leer sein müsste, weil ich die Inhalte ja versehentlich gelöscht hatte, stellte ein Problem dar. resilio wollte halt den vermeintlich korrekten Zustand herstellen, indem es die wiederhergestellten Dateien direkt wieder löschte.

Mooooment es ist jetzt aber nicht etwa so dass der Restore in #duplicati eigentlich funktioniert aber #resilio die Dateien direkt wieder löscht weil die Ordner laut resilio leer sein sollten??

But I do have to say, that accidental #resilio delete was quick. Nothing left on any of the devices.

.. not entirely sure how I managed to delete my entire music collection while setting up #resilio on a new computer ...

Mmh! Ich habe mir gerade per #Resilio ein Album aufs Notebook gezogen.

Und ich bin auf der Arbeit.

Und Resilio basiert auf BitTorrent.

Wieso funktioniert das??

fun fact, #resilio #resiliosync kam einfach nicht mit einer Datei klar, die einen crc Fehler hatte. Die hab' ich jetzt gelöscht. Und Resilio läuft prompt wieder normal. Bin ja der Meinung dass Resilio das irgendwann einfach hätte aufgeben und loggen sollen, statt wochenlang daran hängenzubleiben.

Festplatte läuft jetzt inzwischen seit Freitag oder Samstag auf 100%, #Resilio sei dank.

Ich glaub ich gönne der mal eine Pause und schalte den Rechner aus.

#Resilio ist übrigens IMMER NOCH dabei, mein Musik-Verzeichnis zu indizieren. Hab den Rechner heute Nacht laufen lassen ...

Er scheint aber inzwischen bei 95% zu sein ...

#Resilio ist nur halt so am Rumrödeln auf der Festplatte dass ich in das neue Album von #RodrigoYGabriela nicht reinhören kann. 🤷‍♂️

Ich hab nun meinen Musikordner in's #Resilio geworfen, jetzt synct der Ordner auf's NAS.
App auf'm Handy steht auf "selective Sync", ich kann also nach Belieben Musik auf's Handy laden. Sobald der Ordner komplett auf dem NAS ist, sollte das auch von unterwegs klappen.

Weiterer Vorteil ist natürlich, die Musik die ich in #FLAC habe, kommt auch als FLAC auf's Handy.

Zur Wiedergabe auf dem Handy werde ich #VLC probieren.

Néhány évvel a legutolsó tesztem óta gondoltam megint kipróbálom a #Syncthing -et, hátha le tudom cserélni végre a #Resilio -t itthon. Hát nagyon nem. *Sajnos* nagyon nem.
