  2. New Zine: How To Do It Anyway: A Guide to Self-Managing an Abortion at Home

"This zine is a love letter to anyone who finds themself hungry for the information contained in these pages, no matter the circumstances that lead to this booklet coming into your hands. This resource was diligently compiled and written with care by a few clinic workers in the midwest for the patients we can’t see anymore, in the wake of the US Supreme Court decision to overturn Roe v. Wade in June 2022."

  4. Joining the chorus here: my experience getting a vasectomy couldn't have been much easier or more comfortable.

I spent maybe an hour total in the doctor's office (including the pre-visit), and it was virtually painless. The discomfort day-of was so mild, I might not have noticed it if I'd felt it any other day. And after that, there was no pain at all.

Plus, when I went back a few months later to confirm that everything worked out okay, I got to provide them with a sample in the bathroom and everyone was totally cool about it. When's the last time you had that much fun at the doctor's?

Anyways, it couldn't have been much simpler, faster, or more painless. In a time of increasingly restrictive repro rights for the uterus-having people in our lives, it's an important option. Holler if you want to discuss details.
