The decision-makers will meet on Feb 26-27, 2023 to render a decision. Until then, submitting menstrual information is *not yet* a state requirement.
    IMHO this is a very touchy and personal level of detail -- and loaded. Many teen girls are very shy about discussing this part of their health. While some may lose menstruation because they become too thin (not uncommon in high level female athletes) or for other #medical reasons -- the issue is loaded because of the potential to track possible #pregnancies, #abortion issues and abuse of the information. Also, there are various issues that can lead to irregular periods, which could add even further complications to all this.
