One train a day (Helsinki–Kouvola–Kuopio–Kajaani–Oulu) in each direction stops here, from Spring to Autumn. Connecting shuttle bus, 8 km, to/from the park entrance in Lapinsalmi. From the station to the park in the morning after the arrival of the northbound train from Helsinki, and in the other direction in the evening for the southbound train to Helsinki.
