He heard the call and started to race over GPS logs show.
Just a few turns away officer Paine-Stoke turned around and spent 45min getting coffee with his boss Sergeant Rene Miller.
They told investigators they really had an important social event to attend to at the neighborhood StarBucks instead.
In a RARE act of accountability Sargent Miller suspended (unpaid?) and Paine Joke "reprimanded".

A woman with a DV restraining order called. Her ex was drunk, belligerent and trying to break through the front door of her home for the second time that night.
Attempts to break the door audible on the call...
