What is going on with Trump?
One moment he is sharp/aggressive, uses long sentences, knows names and facts.
On other occasions (like in this clip), he can hardly stay awake, is incoherent.
Often he is awake at night, sending bizarre messages into the world.
He is impulsive, renaming Lake Ontario, attacking Iran.

We know he is unwell, possibly demented. Problem is, what we see is a constantly changing Trump. Is that illness, dementia or the effect of drugs that have to keep him as sharp as possible?

Whatever it is, it makes him very dangerous because all his minions do (almost) everything he wants.
