https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YIGek7Gbhcoposting this here because my xfinity remote has this issue too, so, maybe i'll try something like this on there, although i'm not sure i have the acetone nail polish remover
also, maybe read the comments on this youtube video, seems like folks with different items, some may have success, and others may have alternate methods as well

I've been playing with Git again as I move my repos to self-hosted #forgejo & have written up my notes on how to push your local work to *2* remote instances.
Obv. not new, & I've relied on someone else's explanation (see links) but the writing process helps me learn/understand and I thought it worth sharing rather than just posting a link to the original.
