I’ve tried slow cooking a couple of times but it hasn’t ever come out better than my #remoska pot which I cook 80% of the meals for my son and I. Perhaps I’m too impatient… 🤣

I made my other half a #swedish #toscakaka for his #birthday today and to avoid firing up the oven I made it in our #Remoska and it's the best goddamn #cake I've ever made (or recall making anyway). Glorious! Happy to share links to the recipe should anyone want it.

This week has been a journey of discovery as I learn to use my new #Remoska. A #lowenergy way of cooking, which should largely replace our electric ovens on a daily basis. I had a smaller one in the camper for some time, but the larger Dua is more flexible for home use and able to tolerate use on the gas hob as well. Not glamorous, but very satisfying. #mynormandykitchen #CutTheWaste #SavingEnergy

Tidigare i veckan var det ju #KladdkakansDag och jag orkade verkligen inte baka. Men nu jäklar, nu blev det i helgen! Årets #kladdkaka gjordes i vår #Remoska eftersom vi inte ville använda ugnen (energikris är mumsigt). Blev bra, mer som en #brownie typ! Sambon hittade dessutom #mjölkfri vispgrädde baserad på kokosmjölk i stan. Supergott!
