  1. Outside the Default Path: A Pagan Reading of the Federal “Anti-Christian Bias” Report

A reflective Pagan perspective on the federal government’s anti-Christian bias report, exploring how religious freedom can feel very different for Americans outside the cultural mainstream. Through personal experience, civic observation, and reflections on pluralism, this essay examines the difference between protecting faith and centering one faith above others.

  2. A quotation from John F. Kennedy

Tolerance implies no lack of commitment to one’s beliefs. Rather it condemns the oppression or persecution of others.

John F. Kennedy (1917-1963) American politician, author, journalist, US President (1961–63)
Letter (1960-10-26) to the National Conference of Christians and Jews Conference)

  3. A quotation from John Adams

I am happy to find myself perfectly agreed with you, that we should begin by setting conscience free. When all men of all religions consistent with morals and property, shall enjoy equal liberty, property, or rather security of property, and an equal chance for honor and power, and when government shall be considered as having in it nothing more mysterious or divine than other arts or sciences, we may expect that improvements will be made in the human character and the state of society.

John Adams (1735-1826) American lawyer, Founding Father, statesman, US President (1797-1801)
    Letter (1785-04-08) to Dr. Price

  4. I have even heard in Western-driven communities that they claim Brunei violates human rights, while I want to emphasize this knowledge: that same-sex relationships, sexual activities, and sex outside of marriage violate the Quran. I studied Islam, and I believe that genuine repentance matters; God's mercy is greater than human sins. The Sultan enforces the rules that make their citizens happy, but outsiders will always use the flaws of other countries that they perceive. I think these are not examples of freedom of speech, freedom of religion, or respect for a country's sovereignty. These are acts of public mockery and accusations against other nations, aimed at bringing them down for the sake of drama, which has increased influence.

  5. @LeftistLawyer @avuko Christian supremacy ideology has presumably been around as long as after the day Jesus Christ's last alleged disciple died or the Roman emperor declared Christianity the state religion.

On the other hand, "Christian nationalism" is nothing but a self-justifying excuse for being religiously completely dumb & ignorant by notorious grifters like MTG, Gaetz, Boebert & similarly dishonest, greedy & spiteful enemies of the American people's Constitution & the Declaration of Independence.

  6. Best part of the article: Senator Natale L. Urso, bill sponsor, says "'Every adherent of a religious group must expect to make certain sacrifices, to endure certain hardships, if he is to cling steadfastly to his religious precepts. But this state should not put its stamp of approval either through tax exemption or through scholarship grants upon those who violate the spirit of religious tolerance upon which this state was founded." #religiousTolerance #religiousDiversity #RI #rhodeIsland #brown

  7. The #establishment of a #church or #religion is an unmistakable sign of #IdentityPolitics. Polities that do this are effectively requiring a religious loyalty oath to the state.

    #Disestablish all religion. #ReligiousTolerance and #ReligiousEquality is a #HumanRight.
