Today's panic of the day: I've got a trip planned where I need a passport. Carmen says "Where is your passport?" I said "In the usual place?" She says, "I just see the old expired one." Chaos of searching commences. I then go back and check. Yeah, one she saw was correct, she just read it wrong. Phew. Apparently both of our eyes are getting worse as we get older. #relieved #backto3Dprinting.

The theme for Mood Music Monday is "Relieved".
Some hard metal might seem like a weird choice, but the lyrics of The Steeple by Halestorm have been a beacon for me whenever I'm recovering from bad feelings.
"It stopped raining in my head today
I finally feel like myself again"
When I heard those words a while ago when I was finally getting over some weird shit that left a lingering anxiety in me, it really lifted my spirits, and it continues to do so.

The person who threatened to kill me was in #Court for his plea hearing yesterday. It had been adjourned on April 9 for reports. He decided to plead #guilty to all four charges, and is next due in court for sentencing on July 16. A pre-sentence report has been requested.
So fit to plea, fit to appear in court, and now fit for sentencing.
To say I’m #relieved would be an understatement.
The offences were committed on 17 July 2023. So a full year will have passed until sentencing.

I’ve just had a phone call from the #Police to let me know that six months to the day since the #ThreatsToKill incident, the #CPS have #today finally authorised four separate charges against the person who made those threats towards me.
They haven’t gone with threats to kill, but rather than just say no, they’ve instead gone with 3x malicious communications and 1x section 5 public order, homophobically aggravated.
I am very #happy with this. I feel #relieved and #vindicated.
