Is there any good way to find relay servers on the Fediverse? Specifically so I can subscribe to remote posts about a specific hashtag or group of hashtags to federate on my server?
I know I tried finding some a while ago but the way they were handled with sign-ups and requests were a bit strange to me so I gave up.

📣 Une enquête de l’@obs_multinationales sortie fin juin avait documenté cette anomalie. Nous avons alors lancé aux côtés de nombreuses organisations et syndicats la campagne d’actions On prend le Relay !, pour stopper la propagande de l’extrême-droite ! ✊️🗞️

Most "general" relays produce "Code 422: Unprocessable Entity" while trying to connect (expecting them all to update their relay software to support a niche fediverse software is not realistic) or remain in the state of "not yet" for ever.
