That regard has been broken by the spurious idea of a free market. It is not free when the people’s diverse interests have no elected representatives or delegates. With that you get the absolute lie, that the market regulates itself. The reason being that those that control too much capital will buy policy and tax benefits from those who can be bought to give them away. Hence the reason for our governments becoming so corrupt.
