Tonight I finally finished my work in the tent and sat down to rest.
Today was extremely exhausting… every small task feels heavy and draining now. I had to stop and rest between each chore because my body could barely keep going.
I realized how much my health is getting weaker, and that thought broke my heart. My children still need me, but I feel so exhausted.
Life here has become completely manual — everything we do takes physical effort. Technology has disappeared from Gaza, and our lives have turned painfully primitive.
We only wish for the world to hear our voices and understand that we are human beings who deserve a life with dignity, safety, and basic human comfort.

A real environmental disaster surrounds us. Rats and rodents are spreading alarmingly among the tents and under the rubble, even in the houses that are still standing, as the occupation prevents the entry of poison to get rid of them or any other means.
