In part of Germany, today is celebrated as #ReformationDay. But who is really being celebrated here? Earlier this year I wrote a short series about #MartinLuther. Turns out that he was an #antisemite, a preacher of #violence, who endorsed #killing disabled children, urged crushing #peasants, inspired #Nazi ideology, and lived in #excess. In the end, it is even questionable whether to call him a true #Christian.
