  21. #reengineeringtheclassics #chess #siliconroad #lichess Larry Kaufman shared an exciting update on the Leela Odds bots last night (Wednesday 26th). The Leela team has now implemented a new type of Contempt called "Search Contempt" which modifies the Search with Contempt rather than just the Evaluation (as it was before) The exciting result is that Leela can search deeper without getting depressed! So we can expect Leela to be spending just a little more time in odds games... and playing even stronger! Can't wait! The only problem is understanding whether it's made a difference as Leela's score is so huge already! lichess.org/@/LeelaKnightOdds/
