Perspective that went through my brain just now... My ugly mug does better than nice looking images. Go figure. 😂😂
The audio on the reels with the images is from my podcasts. There is no video to add. I just laugh at my brain sometimes. And no, you don't have to believe your brain. Nonsense is just that - nonsense.
Here's the thing - I've been arguing with video for a long time because I'm not overly confident in my appearance these days. What I was doing was essentially showing myself the result of hiding and putting a picture up instead.
I'm able to see the difference in the result of putting myself up versus putting some image in my place, even when there is no video to put there.
What I learned is that I have no reason to hide. My own personal viewpoint of my physical appearance isn't a factor in how my reels do. That's important because it allows me to drop the argument.
Now I don't have to fight with my confidence. I showed myself the truth by using my practical reality to show it to me. I can just move forward with videos and be fine.
Now I can win the argument with myself when I need to. I have the proof and sometimes that's all it takes. Where can you do this in your own life?
