I have just signed a contract in a Notariat. Whilst unscrewing my fountain pen, I was told I had to use the pen provided. It, apparently, has a DIN specification number for the ink used, and only this ink is approved for the signing of official documents. The fact of use must also be confirmed in writing.

The #Yukon #Government is asking citizens to submit red tape issues. Good! There is an online form, but it is not easy to find:

They ask you to "upload any documentation to support your feedback", but then they restrict that to ".png, .jpeg, .doc, .docx or .pdf" - and only a single file, max 10 MByte.
Can't make that up.
