@greenyouthmovement Furthermore, mining is hugely energy intensive and it is unlikely that we will be able to do mining on anything like our current scale into the future (even if we wanted to). We need to be moving more towards a #CircularEconomy where almost all metal and glass are #recycled.

Of course, by far the best thing would be for everyone to stop using #FossilFuels NOW, but sadly that doesn't look likely.
