What do people like for discovering recipes? I don’t want or need algo or ai based things. Just a way to search a collection of recipes or at least browse by some filtering method. For example finding recipes that use pistachios and an animal or seafood protein.
I suppose almost a culinary wiki could be ideal.

Cook the beef and pork mince until there is some really good browning. The colour if just an indicator that we're going to get the flavour of the maillard reaction.
Deglaze the pan the the wine and scrape all the bits off of the bottom.
Return the onions and vegetable impasto to the pan. Add the passata and bring to a boil. Then pid the pan tightly and leave on the lowest possible light to seeth at barely a simmer for at least five hours.

-9° right now & more to come this weekend.
If it could only stop blowing there would be a really nice ice for skating after the weekend
So, I’m baking my friend Lise’s Danish rye bread. Below is what she wrote in my book of recipes. Only half that batch though. And sunflower seeds instead of linseed.

Nor should they begin with paragraphs of anecdotes about your haunted oven, or your trip to Bali where you discovered the spice you will be using.
Really, I'm just looking for how many cups of flour, and how many minutes to cook for.

I am trying to rotisserie some red meat on the grill for the first time. That white thing behind the meat is a gas burner plus there are for gas burners underneath.... what i dont know is how to do it.. do i turn on all burners, side and bottom? Do i use high heat or low? Do i close the lid or leave it open?
My guess is all burners on, highest heat, lid closed.
