    Mon invention du jour:
    200g de farine de sarrasin/buckwheat flour
    100g de sucre/sugar
    1 cuillère à soupe de miel/tablespoon honey
    Un peu de cannelle et de sel/little cinnamon and salt
    1 sachet de levure chimique/baking powder
    1 œuf/egg
    Le reste de courge/squash
    Lait d'avoine/oat milk...juste ce qu'il faut pour que la pâte soit souple.

    Mélanger/mix, mettre au four à 190°C pendant 30min

    Preparando gachas para el desayuno rápido de varios días.
    Las guardo en el frigo el día anterior porque si no me sienta mal la avena.
    Es un desayuno que me encanta ya que por la mañana solo yengo que cortar una fruta y salir para el curro. Luego me lo como más adelante en la mañana. Y porque la avena es un alimento buenísimo que usamos poco en general.

    Ingredientes:
    - 5 cucharadas avena
    - 1 cucharada chia/lino
    - unas pocas pasas
    - café o café soluble (cucharadita)
    - una pieza de fruta troceada
    - leche de soja hasta cubrir. Aqui dependerá de qué consistencia busques.
