I am not sure how I found Jessica Wilson’s podcast that “re-grifts” an assortment of MAHA characters, makes sense of murky nutrition content, throws cold water over the panic around “ultra processed foods”, and speaks truth about the ways marginalized people are either ignored or over scrutinized in healthcare and, especially nutrition science, but I’m so glad I did. I’ve learned so many things from this podcast that have helped me understand the roots of my disordered eating behaviors!

Hello, I am seeking #reccomendations for a shared/group email thing.
An email account
- with a single address that can send, receive, and forward blah blah
- that multiple people can access
- with their own login details (ideally)
- with a little bit of storage (ideally, 1gb is plenty)
- simple enough for a non-techie to useIt's for a family thing*. The previous version was a vanilla gmail account with one username and password, but 2FA made access tricky for all but one person.
I've got my own domain if that helps. However, I'm not looking for anything self-hosted. Bonus points for an EU provider that isn't evil.
*I happen to think it's unnecessary, but I've been out voted and nominated to make it happen.

I'm looking for a non-LLM chatbot or chatbot framework. The problem is all of the pre-LLM stuff that was halfway decent is sort of hard to find now because of... *gestures vaguely*
Does anyone have any recommendations? I understand any decent solution may need to be built by hand.

I’m looking for a match 3 game for iOS (Apple) devices without ads and without being manipulative and “grabby.” I would expect and am willing to pay for such a game (up to $5). I’d like casual play modes (no pressure timers) and maybe some kind of progression. Bright color art scheme is a plus.
Situation: I’m trying to get my 84 year old comfortable with using an iPhone. She has no experience with touch screens. I tried to set her up with Bejeweled but the constant ads each with different ways out are only confusing her.

Can I get some recommendations for a bidet attachment for a toilet? Every time I try to look for some, I get overwhelmed at the variety.
I don't need something with a remote control or Bluetooth speakers that warms my butt. Just something that's easy to install and use, that'll wash my butt after I 💩. Preferably one that doesn't require power, I think.
