Second time seeing #CraigGillespie's #Supergirl. I think it's more like PG13 version of #ZackSnyder's #RebelMoon rather than #JamesGunn's Guardians Of The Galaxy. Supergirl is a fun ride with emotionyal moments, ups & downs (literally and figuratively) in never seen before worlds.

The best bit of #RebelMoon was when I went for a piss & the only problem was that I paused it instead of shortening the ordeal by 2 minutes. Good grief that was a bad film. The weird nipples dude with the gryphon? Pointless. The crusty general? Pointless. Spider fight lady? Pointless. Maybe they'll do something other than a set piece in the second part but I doubt it because #ZachSnyder makes terrible films. Worse than Jupiter rising, worse than valerian. 2 statements I never thought I'd make.

I enjoyed Rebel Moon Pt. 1. Okay, I'll explain: It's nice to see an SF movie for the first time; I like spaceships; I like heroes taking on evil empires; I like mish-mash science fantasy; I like every cliche in the genre and in storytelling.
