How does one make a computer, a #raspberrypi5 , that has #rtc #realtimeclock battery, but that is *not* connected to the internet, adjust its time to summer and winter time i.e. make the 1 hour clock change at 3 am on the relevant days? Or does Raspberry Pi OS do this automatically if the date is right?

Found this odd RTC cartridge for Atari ST. Will have to check the battery, and find software out there. 🤔
