I have been saying for a long time, if you make pictures in a rectangle you are in fact kind of screwed. There will be new ways of thinking about art that #GenAI is not trained on, and that is where #art has to go. Of course there will be noble John Henry's who are defeated and Luddites who smash up a few machines, but overall lose the war. You do you!
But there also going to be artists who meaningfully explore #AI and train their own models. There already are. #reals
