  1. I took a nap while my son was napping, and I suddenly realized that self sabotage actually isn't what I used to do before. It's what I picked up on, in order to survive the environment, and influenced by it, that I was in before. #ShadowWork #Realization #Healing #Witchy

  2. ... #realization out of anybody. You can nod your heads and say yeah of course you're right Kitty and pat me on my head like everybody does. Good kitty thanks for thinking so kindly of others. Whatever. Not one of you has come to understand the #magnitude of #ending #homelessness and how that...

  3. It's important that other people are happy. Not happy about us, but about themselves and things/people that matter to them.

Perhaps a late recognition in my life, but I'm glad I recognize it and I commit to realizing it.

  8. “Silly” thoughts… – part 1

They may seem silly, in a way, but are they really? And then, when I have these thoughts, I often wonder how "weird" they are... Do people think things like these occasionally? 🤔 Or are these thoughts a bit more special, in a way, because they don't happen that often? Or, when they happen, maybe people brush them off, and just continue with what they were doing? I know that my brain works in "mysterious" ways, at times. That my logical way of thinking doesn't seem logical at all to most other folks? That it may even seem wrong to some, until they, possibly, find out that some things have more than one "right" way to deal with them... But yeah, I sometimes have these thoughts, and they make me stop, and pause, for a moment... So now, when I have them, I try to write a bit about them on Mastodon. 😊 And in this post, I'll use the Toots (posts on Mastodon) as well as other bits, to tell you all about my "Silly" Thoughts. This is the first post in the series (will it be a series? 😇). […]

  13. Realization (t)

Earless the Elephant Seal started thinking something was terribly wrong. He could see the waves lapping on the shoreline, but, the Sun was setting in the East. He stayed in school long enough to know that wasn't right.

  16. A quotation from A. A. Milne

“Wait a moment,” said Winnie-the-Pooh, holding up his paw.
He sat down and thought, in the most thoughtful way he could think. Then he fitted his paw into one of the Tracks … and then he scratched his nose twice, and stood up.
       “Yes,” said Winnie-the-Pooh.
       “I see now,” said Winnie-the-Pooh.
“I have been Foolish and Deluded,” said he, “and I am a Bear of No Brain at All.”

    A. A. Milne (1882-1956) English poet and playwright [Alan Alexander Milne]
Winnie-the-Pooh, ch. 3 “Pooh and Piglet Go Hunting” (1926)

  20. That which moves me is not afraid of dying.
It’s afraid of being seen as nothing.

There was never anything unfulfilled, only compression.
A clenched signal pretending to be my truth.

When I look at it, it loses its story.
    That’s the burn I feel.
    Structure without belief can’t stand.

    There’s no battle here.
Just a ghost realizing it has no body.
